These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of findabletool.com and the FindableTool service (“FindableTool”, “we”, “us”). By using FindableTool, you agree to these Terms.

The service

FindableTool scans websites and reports how easily AI tools and search engines can find, understand and recommend a business. Some features are free; others require a paid plan.

Using FindableTool

• Only scan websites you own or are authorized to review.
• Don’t misuse the service, including by overloading it, scraping it, or trying to get around scan limits or security.
• Don’t use FindableTool for anything illegal or harmful.

We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

Results and advice

Scores, reports and suggestions are general guidance based on automated checks and AI tools. AI answers change often and we don’t control them, so we can’t guarantee that any business will be found, ranked or recommended by any AI tool or search engine. You are responsible for changes you make to your website.

Paid plans

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with advance notice before your next billing period.

Your content

You keep ownership of your website and the information you give us. You allow us to use it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

FindableTool, including its software, design and reports format, belongs to us. You may use and share your own reports and the fixes we suggest for your business.

Disclaimer

FindableTool is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use FindableTool means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
